VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY PROGRAM

IS YOUR STOREROOM COSTING YOU?

Is your storeroom causing work delays and rush delivery fees? Then B&K Electric Wholesale's VMI Program is your answer.

HOW?

B&K Electric WHolesale will help organize your storeroom in order to provide an accurate detailed inventory list. Our VMI team will then collaborate with you to determine appropriate stock levels, schedule replacememnt reviews and provide labeling for easy identification and use. Through our partnership we will work together to develop a program focused on making your inventory easier to manage.

 SAVE MONEY!

Most storerooms typically carry unnecessary fuses. With the Littelfuse consolidation tools at our disposal, we can offer a $100* savings per consolidated fuse SKU.  *not including carrying, financing or labor costs

For general stock items such as fittings, straps, condulets, etc., we can help consolidate items and reduce stocking levels and SKU's typically saving around $50-$100* per item. *not including carrying, financing or labor costs

Our partnership can help keep your employees productive. If an employee takes an average of only 10 minutes a day seeking parts in your storeroom, over the year the toteal cost of that search time is about $2,550* per employee. *hourly cost only

 PROGRAM VALUE

You will receive at least $2,300 in review service value at no charge. You will also receive additional value from the audit process, which includes material costs and prep time. You will gain the peace of mind knowing that you will have what you need when you need it! Your technicians will spend more time fixing machines than searching for parts.

 HOW TO GET STARTED?

We need the ability to access your storeroom, your commitment to become the primary supplier for the items we manage and your input regarding stock levels.

B&K Electric Wholesale wants to partner with you, so your inventory is a RESOURCE and not a COST.
