Organizers for The ABB Experience event said the turnout on October 14th was “phenomenal.”

Held in the parking lot of B&K’s Corporate location at 1225 S. Johnson Drive, the ABB Experience reached out to local manufacturers, System Integrators Partners, and other LA based facilities to discuss and learn about the future of ABB’s portfolio of product from Installation products to Robotics.

B&K’s Marketing group thanked its sponsor for the day’s success. – ABB, whose West Region Sales Leader, Christine Cairns, made sure the local ABB Sales and Technical staff were all in attendance.

Speakers and Instructors included B&K’s Drives Product Manager, Cliff Jones, ABB’s Sales Program Manager Diana Nuccitelli, West Coast Regional Account Manager Steven Siquerios, Electrification BDM Rudy Nazer, B&R’s Nicholas Masterson, Robotics App Engineer Israel Garcia and others from the local ABB community who came out to volunteer.

The highlight of the event was the Yumi Coffee Robot who served the famous Nespresso brand coffee to all the patrons with a touch of button. The collaborative robot was showing off as a real barista.
